Not many projects are underway on NH8. Those handful are, they all are good resale options. Namely, Emmar Palm Hills, Godrej Frontier and Canary.
Only omitted project is Atlantis (its too old now, appreciation built in, no triggers). On the other side of NH8, except Vatika, no other builder has an entry gate from NH8. This part of NH8 will take its due course. |

before buying new town height go and visit the sight. many ppl r stuck with new town heights . very bad location. flopped dlf project for investors and end users.

Could depend on yr. holding horizon . If u r looking to hold new Town heights for 4 years plus, it could turn out to be a good investment . For anything short term, u may go for DLF Express Greens . Btw, what resale price r u getting in New Town heights & at which Sector ? |
