Looks like the D e way is going to be full of small/unknown builders . I really wonder, what kind of quality these apartments would have & what kind of gentry would they attract .

At the current price this is a steal - regarding the old complaints and all try to find out the exact status whether the NOC was received or not. The issue is people here want to pay the cheapest price and want to buy a Taj Mahal or compare with some other product which is of much higher price. How about new builder called Chintel selling price (new launch would be 5500) and people still buying and making lot of money. On the same location Assotech is launching at 5100 rs in April. I personally feel every one make mistakes and so does COSMOS had in there earlier ventures when they were new to this world. Looking at the land price and construction cost now a days any product on main Dwarka Expressway being offered at less than 4000 is a steal .. Who don't believe wait for a year . FSI is selling around 2200 Rs.

Dealing with many other so called big builders with more high profile ad campaigns / glossy brochures and launching at 5000-6000 psft in the middle of no-where is much more riskier .... the project is reasonably priced and offers opportunity to make some good gains
