Does anybody has any Idea when Haldiram Toll Plaza is Going to move ? I am planning to book some project after the Toll Plaza.

not possible in near future, do not go beyond toll, book in sectors like 70.73. still rates are competitive

It's a mere speculation so far. Invest with an assumption that it will never be moved. If it at all moves, count it as a bonus.

Only perception, not reality…
Toll ke baad matt fass jana, it’s bad and not planned with very bad traffic.
Toll will not remove in near future...
Look at SPR road its decent, clean & well planned…

I quite don't understand how can one say toll ke baad it’s bad and not planned with very bad traffic? Fyi, the work to broaden NH-8 is already on.. and I visited this place recently but didn't find any traffic issues.

Moreover, the link that ManojA posted clearly indicates that the toll has to go. One shouldn't be worried about the toll unless he/she has a ready-to-move-in property. By the time your property gets constructed, this toll would be a thing of the past.

I'm not sure why the 'toll' is being made out to be this huge deterrent. First of all, there is a high probability of the toll being moved further down NH-8 because the Dway is expected to hit the NH-8 exactly where the current toll plaza is. Secondly, if the same logic was applied, no one should have ever invested in commercial and residential property beyond the toll plaza near Ambience Mall. Then the chant should have been - invest near MG Road and not NH-8. Also, what about Dway. Is the Dway going to be toll free? In terms of construction cost, its going to cost twice as much as the NH-8 and will levy a higher toll on vehicles using it. Should we then say, don't invest on Dway?

Looks like that it may eventually shift, but until it actually physically moves, nobody can predict the same or otherwise with 100 % authority .

Let's wait & watch .

Once the widening of NH is done & the traffic movement gets smooth, moving of Toll becomes an complete non issue for me .

Looks like the move is gaining momentum & we might see the shifting of Kherki Dhaula toll plaza on the Delhi-Gurgaon expressway, sooner or later . Objectively, looks to be a good move, but really depends on our politicians, as to when it eventually gets implemented .

It is wait & watch, but things r leaning to the positive .

I heard the NH8 is already getting broadened. Is it true ? When is the broadning going to complete till Manesar ? is it all 6 lane till Manesar ?

Take a look ( though, the site is not updated, but would give u an idea on what is being planned . The work on NH has stated { i read this, somewhere in the forum }, but not aware of the extent & pace of it ) -
