I have been reading lots of posts on various threads where lots of members(Junior,Senior, Distinguished, Veteran and newbies) have shared their views on imminent price correction. Many members have also quoted the corrected rates in last 3 months. Hence this thread is to give a comprehensive update to all the members of IREF to check where all correction is happening. For those sitting on sidelines this could be wonderful resource to get immediate update on the latest figures. I would like to request all the members to report the first sign of correction in this post the moment they "Smell a rat" . As I had posted earlier first quarter is crucial for RE in NCR where we will see the first Stress test of the investors. Most of the projects where the third installment has been called for will see investors leaving in droves. So the moment you see "Rats Jumping off the Ship",please report here. Let everyone become the RE reporter on this thread as per following format :- 1. Project Name :- 2. No of Flats :- 3. Pre launch Price :- 4. Launch Price :- 5. Was available 6. Size 7. Now available 8. Payment gone 9. Good Price to buy (Resale ):- 10. Comments/Prediction :- I will keep updating the contribution in original Post . rushil, although, u have very fair intentions in starting this thread, many here in the forum see RE as an cut throat business & they would rather like to buy the lowest deal themselves, rather put it in this or some thread & let somebody else enjoy the fruits of it .
My POV & i could be somewhat wrong here, please ignore, if somebody disagrees . |

U know Manoj I always knew it before I started this thread . Also I knew it that you will be the first one to respond with "Absolutely true andchilling " facts about the reality of Reality business...

Intention is good, but executing needs some more of thinking.
To start this thread, you should have found a case of any such ship. Just giving a framework and then expecting people of divulge all the information and that too as per your format looks little amature. Also, I'm sure you will agree but it doesn't comes out very clealry that those people who have used such opportunity in recent time to get good deal can also post abt it (i mean it need not that that opportunity still exisits). Refer to "Worst investment till date". It has developed in a very nice way. Without such initiative, I'm sure that this thread will also get into obscurity of hazzar similar topics in this forum. my 2 pence !! Quote:

Thanks for your neat observation Vikash.
Having spent more than a year in this forum and reading most of the valuable threads, try and give me benefit of doubt that I would have done my homework before starting this thread. I value mine and every one's time a lot and hence will never make any amateurish attempt without a proper research. Just browse through the first 50 threads in gurgaon forum any day and you will see there are many members who have done detailed research in last one in gurgaon RE market and have discovered price correction. They have categorically mentioned the project name,price quoted few months back, quoted right now and also given a good indication of correct price to enter. Attempt for this thread was to give a comprehensive information in one place and be good resource. Intention was also not to see the reaction and contribution for a week or a month. There are many who believe that there will be a slight correction in next 3- months. Lets see if there is anyone who finds this place valuable enough to share. If this thread dosent makes sense for any anyone, they can definitely ignore it. Quote:
