project name park place 2
total 14 towers
4 towers are g+31 (4 side open) storied
rest normal g+18 floors..
Tentative size --1500 sqft ,1700,2200,2500,2900 sqft sqft..
Tentative rates 5500-6000 sqft

yeah few mins back i also got a call from broker... sending details in few mins i will share with you guys.... rate zyada lag rahe hai... and broker asking for Rs 10 lakhs booking amount.

Kaun kaun tha jisne bola tha recession aane wala hai wait karo? Builders ki haalat khasta hai, interest rates bhi up hain or economy bhi down hai.

Yahan to sab kuch ulta hi ho raha hai. Aisi bullishness to post recession bhi nahi dekhi thi.

This will be sorted out in a "whiff" as it is a small launch 12 acres or about 450-500 apartments.

For DLF, if "2 apartments" are rationed per broker, the stock will be sold out before the count of TWO.

Again act with own jurisprudence, capability and requirement. Dlf is an iconic brand and many who have made money out of it trust it blindly.
