Don't expect the pricing to be less than 3500. But overall, builder is quite good. Would be interesting to see the exact location.

the godrej launch is atleast 3-4 months away. only an agreement has been signed
and dont expect price below 4200-4500... 3500 rates are passe......

True , had a talk with a few brokers. They have only bought the land yet. Launch is some time away yet.

Launch will happen in May 2012...and will start accepting cheque in April last week Price will around 5000-5500

i persomalyy visited office and i also know one member who is in godrej in mumbai he said in may or it can be june but
price band 4300 to 4500

Man !! good to see the spirits, but you need to be aware of the base rates going on in that area... Have the news that CHD has even on the Project at sec 106. The rates which they were discussing is round abt 4000-4250...

I have got the deal from a consultant 4500 in sec 89... I think 3C also give the same quality as Godrej. Now it's your call for 3C or Godrej ... but get the hint of the rates flowing in that region. That would def. help in making you ready fr invstmnt.

whts residential project has 3C delivered so far in noida or gurgaon... then, how can you compare the quality ????

are you talking abt CHD sec-106..... have u seen location of CHD ... looking at the site location... I would prefer to buy a plot worth 25 lakhs instead of buying a flat worth 70 lakhs in CHD sec-106....

I think u r well not aware of actual prices of 3C deals of sec-86 gurgaon (if u r investor) or u would nt like to talk in public abt the actual prices of 3C deals(if u r broker, like all brokers do).
