Also, there is a lock-in period of 12 months, and I think counter would start once you get the allotment. How much time does it take to get the allotment?

12 months or 47.5% (which happens at 2nd floor) whichever is later

Not too investor friendly is it now, aye?

I can still downloan the layout (zip) file. But it does not provide much info about project layout.

I am also not offered any discount.

I dont find it investor friendly due to lock in period & location is not exciting. By the time demand reaches 47%, trading will be minimum & not sure how many end buyers we can see on DEW in next 1 to 2 years for this location?

godrej has still not taken a call on how they are going about the booking process yet.
Still not known if they are going through channel partners or not( atleast initially)
even the process of direct allotment is being worked on...

so till then its all speculation....( esp talks of allotment/disc.)

Price confirmed Rs 5300/-? worried about location only.Pl advise what every body thinks.Need senior advise also.

I only hope it has researched thoroughly and unbiasedly. Keep it coming...

With a locking of 47.5 %...unsure of how easy would it be to resell the project

any clarity on specs ?
