I was told by their sales guy that there is no fresh booking available at the moment!

yes, most probably the price hike is on the cards very soon, so they wont give you a good unit even if they give you a fresh booking. Resale is also heating up.. Got two calls today and they are quoting higher than ever prices..

But still you may try and may be luckily you can get a unit from 3C directly.. Which size are you looking at?

1297...whatever available in resale are not park facing etc. And no fresh booking available as per builder.

i doubt that fresh booking is not available with the builder.. had it been the case they would not have given full page advertisement of greenopolis..
they explicitly mentioned 2/3/4 bhk's!

Akki, the fresh booking at current rates are available in 3 and 4 bhk's, while the 2 bhk shall be released once the prices get revised.

Dear Krishna Ji - what is current company rate for 3 BHK and I has got to know that Orris / 3C have more land and will be launching low rise, do you have any information?

Which side of existing land will be this additional land because that may make an existing non-park facing unit look more attractive.

I am planning to invest to checking a few options...

Current company rate is 5250/-
yes, they have additional land and the land parcel is towards their west side entrance of the current greenopolis.

The low rise is in the currently launched site itself.. 4 floors high and all are 4bhk appartments.

Any chance you know, if it is between west & north gate or other side of west gate or across the road from west gate?
