No doubt 3C is good builder,But i am not impressed with location of their project.

Hi All,

Yesterday spoke with a broker. He quoted a price of Rs. 4800/- per sq. feet for 2BHK unit in resale. He said that Rs. 8Lacs has already been paid and a demand of another 8 Lacs is due. Is this true?

Has the builder started doing transfer?

Yes, Transfer is happening....... Rs. 25+service tax it will come around Rs. 28.09 per sq feet. It will be good for you if you eliminate broker.

Seniors, please suggest which one is better Orris Aster court or Greenopolis for investment

Aster court is nearer to NH1 but the approach road to the project is not so good as of now. Sector road to this project may take a year or two.

Greenopolis is slightly far off from NH1 but is on an already built wide road.

3C/Orris is a better brand than Orris alone.

You will need to shell out almost 60-70% in case of aster court with lot of coloured money.

Both projects are safe.

By the way what deals are you getting on these?

There is nothing like 'location is not impressive'

Just wait for 6-8 months when you will start to find the location quite impressive and the rates too will be impressive at 5500 per sqf.. Just a matter of 8 months max..

My estimate is that Greenopolis would turn out to be amongst the top three projects of New GGN.. Be it location, price, builder.. everything.. and believe me suddenly with so high priced launches, 3C's price seems to be quite reasonable..

hell lot of inventory... I was looking for 2036sqft but couldn't decide and find where i should go for.Please suggest me the best location for 2036sqft and if possible contact details of any dealer as I am looking to purchase ASAP.
Though I am also interested in emaar palm hills but too much initial payment gone.
