No Official link present... HUDA have got a new site and they havent put the links to old scheme... You would require to go to bank and get the brochure

It is like a lottery with so many applicants & a few plots. If u get an allotment , u have hit the jackpot.

Now a days, its very difficult to hit the jackpot in HUDA allotments. corruption is everywhere and this lottery system is also no clean. Those who have some kind of political jack with them get these easily and once they get it, they sell it on good premiums.

My and my friends has applied it to many times but no luck. Even , I knew a property dealer who said, last time he applied for around 100 numbers but didn't get a single plot.

So, that means you need to be extra lucky. As given, either you need to attach a checque of given amount which will be returned after 6-7 months if you don't get the plot and that means you will lose 6-7 months of interest and your money is blocked for that period

OR

Pay through bank. It will be 4500-5000, if you get the plot, pay the remaining amount to bank else you'll lose 4500-5000.

Earlier, it was easy to get the plots because no. of plot were more and applications were less but not is oppposite.

Still, if any one has never applied, one can try for one time.

Default Need informaion on rewari plots

Hi,

Is there anyone who can provide some information about investment in Rewari huda plots.

Not taking about Sector 19 plots draw but if to buy plots in resale/premium.

Just talked to a broker and he said 200 sq yd plots can be purchased by paying 17-18 L now (9500 /- per sq yard premium) and rest of the Money to be paid in next 6 years to HUDA which would be close 1.5 L each year. (7000/- per sq yard premium)

That means total plot rate in Sector 18 at present is 16000-17000.

Can someone confirm if these are correct and if its worth invest in HUDA plot in Rewari. What are scope of increase in price in next few years.

The premium is 4000 - 4500 ... What he is telling is the rates in the near by sectors...

The premium is always discounted as compared to the resale rate for plot for which possesion has been offered..

If you wish to spend 16000- 17000 Rs better go for Sonepat than Rewari...

He told me Rates in Sector 4 are around 25K and sector 18 - 9500 on premium and 7500 is the huda rates. total : 17000.

So, I was surprised that Sector 18 plots are alloted in last month only and now there is so much high premium.
