Huda Sec 6 Rohtak Draw Results - Real Estate India

The Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) has announced result of the lottery draw for the HUDA Rohtak Sector-6 residential plots scheme on November 09, 2011.

Results are not available online yet. Does anyone has a copy of these results?

Today was the holiday, so expecting tomorrow morning the result will be uploaded on their website.

Yes its too early, but location wise it is one of the best located sector. Premium will be somehow equal to other huda sectors in Rohtak.

List is updated in Huda office Rohtak and as per them website will be updated at 5 PM today.

what is the your expectation of premium. HUDA sold these for 8000 per sq meter

As per my understanding nothing is availavle in less than 20000/ sq yard in huda sectors, so it will be minimum 2.5 times of allotment price now or very soon.

Huda Site is down as of now, probably they are struggling to upload results

Would be keen to invest here if its within my budget. But my experience with HUDA plots has always been bad. When you go and sell the dealer will quote 5-6L lesser, when you go and buy they will quote you 5-6L higher.

A recent example was when I thought of investing in Pataudi Sector 1. All dealers quoted premium of 16-18K depending on plots. In reality they were offering 11-13K to the owner. My friend and I came across a guy who needed help to sell his plot. We spoke to a dealer who told us the real story. Financiers have blocked their money in this sector. There is no development, and also some part of the sector was yet to be allotted because of a case in the court. But yet they demand money as per their wish. So who ever wants to invest, please negotiate like you would in a subzi mandi :P

I am yet to get a quote for this sector, but if you guys come to know, please keep me informed.
