Look at Spire, South ( Sector 68 ) . The Project has its fair share of problems /issues, but most of them seem to be over now . I think, there is nothing cheaper than this here, but as i said, it has some fair amount of risks associated with it .
Study the thread of the Project & take an informed decision . Best of luck . |

If you are willing to go around 2 KM outside or away from Sohna Road, then Tulip orange (sector 69/70) 3BHK flats of 1137 sq ft having 3 bedrooms of 10x10 ft and 2 toilets may be an option. I believe it is the cheapest 3BHK in that area now. Visit the area and take a call on the location first.

ThePunjabi, i think, i read a post of yours, long time back that you did not have an good experience dealing with Tulip, Sonipat Project . Please correct me, if i am wrong .

If you read the newsletter, you will find they are talking about possession of Tulip Grand, Kundli flats in it and I booked in this project in April, 2006. So you see the delay. Then super area was increased at the time of possession without increase in carpet area. The bookings done in 2006 at 1500 psf were selling at a premium of around Rs 100 psf only in January, 2011 meaning negligible appreciation. So this increase in super area was like a slap on the face of customers like myself who bought in that project, paid the installments during the recession of 2008-09 and in the end were treated by the company in unfair manner. As much as I have checked this project (Tulip Orange), I believe that it will be delivered. There is no uncertainty about that because most towers in the project have reached 10-11 floors, structure of 1 tower is already complete and 1-2 towers are at 7-8 floor slab casting stage. So it is a safer bet among a number of project in that area where construction is yet to start or is at preliminary stage. And substantial appreciation has already happened in this project. How much delay is there in completion and whether the builder decides to increase super area at the time of possession is yet to be seen. |

Thanks Buddy,
I checked the site and construction is at good stage. However, even a 3BHK 1137 SFT will be around 75 Lack min. i guess. Prices seems to be going out of range. Better to sell one property to get another

resale rate is 3900 for 3 bhk...there is one dealer who just deals in tulip. makeshift tent during weekends at the junction of GCX touching Sohna road ( opposite palm terrace) so i guess you can easily get a much bigger space in 75 lakhs
