Default Pls advise-Investment in Gurgaon|Budget 7-10 Lacs

Dear Members

Need your suggestions for investment options available in gurgaon for 6-12 months in Residential/Commercial property.

Budget- 7-10 Lacs.

A few brokers have suggested Ansal heights sec 92, Era Sec 103, Parkwood westend Sec 92, SOHO in Sec 74 & SOHO Princeton Sec 67. Am not sure of these projects.

I understand that my budget is very small for the currently OVERHEATED GGN market. Still I feel there can be an opportunity to be benefited out of it.

Kindly advise. Thanks!

The budget is a big constraint here & since the market is overheated & in case correction happens, u could lose money in yr. anticipated holding power of about 6 months .

You need to invest in a project, which is in prelaunch, because -

a) So that the money u need to invest (7/10 L) could be stretched for a longer period of time, so as to result in a better ROI .

b) Obviously, for the lowest possible BSP .

do not invest in all these properties because premium is not possible in these properties before 1 year. in 1 year you have to pay 40 to 50%.

Quite true, that is why i said that property in prelaunch needs to selected carefully where the money u need to invest (7/10 L) could be stretched for a longer period of time, so as to result in a better ROI . In one year, u might have to otherwise pay at least 30 % of the apartment value .

bhaiya iss hii taak mei toh hum sab baithe hain ... agar iss sawaal ka jawaab ho toh hum sab 4-5 cheques na laga de uss project mein ??? Lol .... with this kind of approach study/builder/location have little significance , main importance would be of luck !!!
