If its verbal nothing can be done..You can just request for refund and that is only possible if u put a big fight with a builder and broker...even builder will refund but may cut the broker commision in it...Actaully pls understand dealer are not in control of builders...especiialy gurgaon ones....best way will be negotiate with dealer and try to get what he gives u ..otherwise cancellation is a better option...

send a legal notice to builder regarding ur problem and request for cancellaton ..

Your friend can dream but , will not get 6290 soon. As Developer itself will open window once more on lesser price. Enough deals available sub 5700

Yes i agree but holding the units is very tough.....yes once sohna road and GCX junction is cleared property is clealry worth rs 6500 in resale in next 1 year...

tulip possesion and gpl possession shud happen by next year ! the area shud have gud demand as big companies like mc kinsey are also likely to open big cntre in vatika business park.....lot of business coming due to companies opening their offices on sohna road..

builders project in sector 90 is his first
yet to see even one slab put up yet
I'm not sure how wud he do with high end project in 70
