TATA Primanti, Sector 72 - Real Estate India

TATA Housing plans to come up with its new project in sec 72 in the coming days. the indicative ticket size looks to be from 1.3 cr for apartments till 7 cr for villas.

the expected BSP is about 5000/sq ft.

Members opinion on this project. can TATA command this price for this location and how good will it for investment/end use

Sector 72 is green area...if Tata comes up in that sector then something fishy...Though Tatas have good image for not bribing...
Anyways location of sector 72 seems to be good....but this really need clarification.

sec 72 is not only green belt. in this about 100 acres of land is for residential,making it the least dense residential sec in gurgaon.
out of 100 acre tata has about 40 acres and out of balce unitech has majority land bank. this sector looks to be the hub of next luxury housing because of tata and unitech.
