Unitech floors could be a super hit given the fiasco of Noida - but please be cautious about the construction quality - I have experience of Nirvana country 2 the construction quality from inside is not up to the mark.

Moreover I have not seen the full details as of now - but pricing looks good to me.

My view :: Selling Unitech , DLF & EMMAR project in Gurgaon is not a problem. It can take some time but they will find buyers...

240 sq yard - 1500 sq ft 3 BHK 75-80 lakh

price of 5000-5200 for floors

price looks attractive - recently vatika launched floors in sect 82-85 at similar price.. there is no comparision betweem the 2 locations....this is just half km from sohan road and right on the SPR

Does this gives any indication that prices in Gurgaon are coming down or atleast stagnating ?

The market has been stagnant for the last few months... It is very clear in terms of limited new launches and few resale deals in the market.. The Euphoria ended in Nov-dec 2010....

Its been consolidation since then?
