This is the email I got directly from Unitech

Dear All,

How wide is Darbaripur Road , any idea Amit ?

I got same info from brokers, but good to see confirmation from the company.

I do not know what is meant by very affordable price for new launches on SPR.

wish we all knew.... For ambani 500 cr house is affordable and for a new joinee even a 25L may be a dream...
on a lighter note met some body who bought a house after waiting for 8 months for a correction ( and paying 600/sq ft more)and said this

Bhai
Mehnga Mehnga sab kare
mehnga no hoye koi
lene wale leat jat hain
na lene wale roain

black humour but unfortunately true at least in current scenario....

Again overhype created by broker. Saying first preference for the people who are giving cheques right now. Don't know if there will be a lucky draw again like Anthea floors .....

Unitech marketing team is good at hype for sure. Looks like this product will be sold out even before launch if one is to believe the brokers :p

That's the reason Unitech investors have always made money...

Unitech is a Price maker and decides the price and many locations in GGN through its marketing and launches...

They have one of the best if not the best, marketing team in GGN

I do not think priority numbers work.

I gave my cheque for Anthea floors as well, fairly early in the process. But i lost out on lucky draw.

I think small size - 2 bhk especially will again lucky draw way.
