I dont know how you think I am trying to sell my unit..I just bought it...like couple of months ago....and when it comes to sell anyone can contact me I will happily buy units at 5400....even in case Rajat ?

Vibhus bhai, I felt that maine kahii pada tha shayad isliye ... mera doubt sahii niklaa

anyways lets focus on the issue & intentions here..

wow rightly pointed Vibhus bhai..Rajat has lot of time..anyways my posting is to find out the rate,not to sell.understand this,If I say I need to buy most people will say 5700/5800.if I say I need to sell (ncguptaji no offense) but ppl will say lot of deals in 5400 range...I hope you get the point Rajat.I am just trying to bring out the right price thats all.

Vibhus bhai ko choro... tumhara jhooth pakda gaya,mere time ki chinta ta ta chita choro, its too easy to find details out on this forum. Anyways best of luck for your unit - hopefully you get some benefit at last..

Ok guys, I think I. Mentioned earlier, I bought a 3 bed romm 1610 sq ft in SP 3 mths back at 5500 and I had a choice of flats b/w 5350-5500 depending on location. However east facing, central green area facing was my requirement and I got the unit. Thoroughly researched and came to a conclusion that both Sp and exquisite (other side of spr) both from Unitech were the best undervalued options available in Gurgaon. I took the risk and it paid off, unitech has successfully bailed itself out of the deal with Telenor and are now focussing on NC2 and their projects around SPR. I believe there is a big campaign that they are currently planning to hype up this region. So stay invested is my suggestion. In the medium to long term 100-200 rs a sqft diff will be inconsequential. Cheers

I am following Unitech from last one month and it seems its right time to invest with them but if by any chance DeW start in next one year than these flats will not get great appreciation and investors will start exit plan. For end use go for Unitech is my recommendation

Any idea on what are the prices for the other projects in the SPR area. Also what is immediate jump in resale prices if Unitech were to start construction in SP?
INR 500-600 gain with over an year since pre-launch may not be too bad on a standalone basis but is very poor compared to similar investments in DEway or NH8.

I got call from a broker asking if I want to sell my flat. He said that rate is around 5500.I have never posted an add or contacted any property dealer. Is not sure why I got this call. Are others also getting such calls? Does this mean there is revived interest in South Park?
