I agree with Stellar, sector 8x, 9x and new gurgaon will be livable earlier than dwarka expressway.
Still can get Antriksh heights in Sec 84 & Anant Raj Maceo, Sector -91, etc @3500-4000/sq ft in sector 8x, 9x.
