If you wish then can invest in spire wood project at sector 103 on 75 mt road construction started bank loan is available through sbi I am having one unit of 1811 sft at 9 th floor with only one plc of 75 only .just next to indiabulls centrum park I can sell@ 3450 builder rate is 3850

have you booked in phase 1 (sep,11)..how much payment has been paid so far..does builder take any transfer charges..

dear sir,
i booked in phase 1 & paid 30% amount.the bba will be executed on 2nd wk of april.there is no transfer charges as i have paid 30% already

indiabulls > Lumbini > Sidhartha

Though the location of Lumbini is the best out of the lot , The only hitch is that its only 6.5 acres and no mentionable green area in the project.
