Building a own House
Hi I am planning to build a own house on my 26(Width)x70(Length)sqft area of land..its in PCMC area.. Can anybody guide me through as i am totally dump in this... Just make sure I am gonna built this anyway legally so don't say we cannot in this type of area and all.. Question are like : 1] How can I possible built in this area? rough idea would be like common wall next to my plot or any more suggestions are welcome? 2] If I am going for common wall what documents i have to get cleared before building this.? Options like NOC will work ? 3] Is "Mojani" compulsory before building this? 4] what documents will be required to put a plan for approval.. ? What is the probability to get passed? |
