Change of Payment PLAN CLP to DP - Indian Real Estate Forum

I Booked the flat with CLP and continued in the same plan in next 11 months. Paied 2 installments with my own. At time of loan disbursement I changed my plan to Down Payment. And builder gave me demand letter for the amount give min 20 % discount and bank paid the full amount. after 1.5 years builder is saying that you have delayed the payment as per CLP os PAY interset or we will cancel you booking. that is 30% of the cost of the flat.

in the mean time they never told me about amount of interest. Please suggest

Please reply to this question as it might be case with so many new buyers in future who are at present booking in various plan .
