It would be of 11 months if you want to avoid registration and for more than 11 months you have to get the rent/lease agreement registered.

Just get relevant amount stamp paper and type the terms and conditions and get it registered from any notary.

Firstly Contract is Required between both parties. In contract everything is written about what is rent of each month. etc.. you have give some legal documents and than you can start living in that house.!

is the rental agreement for 11 months valid legally even without registration ? Can we make a rental agreement between same parties continuously? i.e Is it ok to sign new agreement at the end of every 11 months? Are there any problems if we continuously sign?
