Sale Deed Format - Real Estate India

Hi, I am buying a ansal builder floor in resale.
Broker has shown me a sale deed format, it a small document with few clauses. I have added more clauses to it.

Can anyone please share the format that have been used in past.
Will be very thankful if someone can help.

What are the documents need to submit at the time of register? i planed to buy a second hand home which is 7yrs old and i need to register that into my name. What are the procedures need to follow these??
