Default High rise committee

Securing home in Mumbai has become a challenge as after booking a flat the building goes through so many issues back to back and each issue is taking years to resolve.

Forest land issue - 2-3 years wasted.
Sand (reti) issue - 6 months wasted.

..and Now the High rise committee holding up permissions for past 8 months putting hault on the constructions beyond 6-7 floors.

Was there any resolution at all? Can anybody shed some light as such?
