do u have any idea when this sez development willl begin .. 40% is used up for residental and commercial development...

bhagwati group & rate 6200 but i think can be negotiated to 5600-5700, its the biggest plot of 3 acres in ulwe with 9 wings of 14 storey, will be something like kesar exotica & hex blox in kharghar. Plot on 30 m rd facing the SEZ & sea. Sec-9 will have mostly towers and have the biggest plots so be very good sec compared to others

The rate has started going down after thye lukeworm response aft BANM exhibition. You can refer front page of mumbai mirror. just wait for 1-2 months. Investors are going out of navi mumbai . the are in selling mood with discounts.. the rates rae bound to go down

construction quality in kamothe of bhagawati builder is very bad .
The rate has started going down after the lukeworm response aft BANM exhibition. You can refer front page of mumbai mirror. just wait for 1-2 months. Investors are going out of navi mumbai . the are in selling mood with discounts.. the rates rae bound to go down

Destination Ulwe:
Only time and economic condition call tell about the investment destinations... I am sure not many 'real users' are in the market.... Ulwe is flooded with people with investment mindset.... A correction/ downturn in economy MAY mount to panic selling.... I know not all people have that capacity to hold for 10 years or so...... Ulwe will be most affected......
But, the Honourable builders are opening up new destinations (to be precise, lets call AFFORDABLE destinations) like Karjat etc. where if all the buildings will come by 5 years-- the infrastructure there might not cope up.....(I think)...
This real estate sector is by and large not regulated.. A slight regulation/ discipline (checking or having a stringent policy to avoid any BLACK Money flow) may result in drop of demand... I think so.....

The downturn has just begun....... Lets watch....

Hi nitin, can you tell me more about bhagwati looks like this is a big project, rest all seems to be small buildings in sec 9 except manaat & enclave .... is this builder credible etc...
