What are the best tools to do market research for 2/3BHK in Mumbai/Thane/Vashi?
Do you know any good Financial advisors?

Spend a week going through all the posts in this forum.. No adviser is better than that.. and it is free..
Unless you have tons of money.. there are brokers who can do the service for you.. There is nothing organised about this sector in India.. No I am not aware of it..

Do it yourself...compare prices | check the builders past/profile/Project/s overview etc.. share your experience here...post your quires here regarding a specific project you interested in....You will be getting a lot of research done this way... check out some more options in Mumbai Flat for Sale ....I doubt if you can get any financial advisor even if you find one i am sure you are not going to trust him completely...So get your complete research done yourself about your preferred localities/builders/projects/commercials involved etc....
