Default Best investment option in NCR, Budget: 10-12 lakhs

hello everyone,

I need your advice in selecting the right option for purely investment purpose in NCR region.

Budget: 10-12 lakhs
Horizon: 4-6 years

Look for some 50 sq yd floor in some unauthorised colonies like Om Vihar - cost around 10 Lakhs, gets rented from day one.

Second option - try hard to find a 1 BHK apartment in a well established society

Option three buy smallest possible piece of land closest to Delhi but make sure it is connected to an existing road don't rely on those "proposed" whatever.

You can get a 1 bedroom flat in 12 Lakh in Dilshad Garden / Shahdara, most probably on Ghaziabad side.

Invest in authority plots in the areas like Meerut, Rohtak (80-100 KM).

You can go for land at this price.
But, if looking for new construction from a builder then 1 Bhk in areas like Raj Nagar Extension, Bhiwadi is what you could get at this price.

You should try jaypee 3 BHK flats in 10 to 12 lakhs budget because as they are selling flats without floor plan approval and no construction so actual price of jaypee 3 BHK should not be more than 10 lakhs

For Purely investment purpose, residential plot will be best to buy in any area of NCR. Investment in 1 BHK apartment (RNE , NE) will give you good returns but will not give very high returns. If you can increase your budget to 15 Lakhs then you can apply for the below 115 Sq. Meter Plot of 15,64,000/- INR (ie 13,600/- INR Per Sq. Meter) from GDA Authority. The scheme is just 2 KM from Raj Nagar Area. In very well developed Raj Nagar area the cost of residential land is minimum 60,000/- INR Per Sq. Meter.
