3C is in prelaunch.

Brokers are not telling more than 2% discount on p-hone - for 5% I thinkm that you need check book and face to face.

I think one should benchmark it with Kensington plots with a 5-10% discount for being out of a township and no golf.

As sbajaj says, 150 sf is "very few left" only already - not even launched!!!

Again - a purely speculative property booking - I think the price seems good. Location is good and there is a (? temporary) exit near Advant Navis which should make this easily approachable from Delhi.

I am almost (but not quite) tempted. Dont have the money you see. One should never over-extend - no matter what the temptation.

Venky- there seems there is still no plan, maps or pricing details... even location withn the sector or distance from eway is not know.... Looks like it will take a month or so for launch-details to come !
