anybody have idea about work status of aman 2 esp N 25 tower and future prospects of aman 2 about possession and appreciation?

Possession should not be expected any time before December 2013
Jaypeegreens site has all construction updates
N25 has reached 9th floor
Real Appreciation can be expected when close to RTM not before that
It will be 4K at RTM stage according to me

thanks for the reply i just invested in this and got few doubts seeing all the negative things said about this project. i am ready to wait for 3-5 yrs what do u expect to be appreciation in that?

I am also invested but honestly, unless you've bought in subvention, Kosmos would have been a better bet as of today. There should be no problem if you can wait for 3-5 years. E-Way should boom the moment a politician decides to bring in Corporates there. This should happen within your waiting period. 15% annualized return for next 5 years should not be too difficult for Aman for next 5 years

i have got 3210 psf all inclusive in DP hows that acc to u?

Hi,

I tried a lot for Subvention, but this scheme has got closed. So booked last week in DP 3220 all inclusive. I got 11 % discount. Mr Nishraj how much discount you got in DP.??

3220 is after 11% discount or before 11% discount?

Which means around 2560 pqft bsp. Not bad considering that I entered CLP 2 years ago at 2200 psqft bsp. With 65% payment gone, CLP resale is virtually akin to a DP with added hassles of premium payments.

I think its a good deal. All the best

Saurav 82 its same as u got. i think we have almost same booking period so we can help each other about proceedings & in which tower have u booked?
