Yes price they have given was 77 lakh inclusive of parking but not service tax and obviously not regisrty.. its expensive deal for sure..

I am planning to make a visit to sector 143 aswell.

Please someone can point me to old threads on comparsion b/w sector 137 and sector 143 and also some key projects.

My timelines are Dec 2013 so I can't go options like Sikka and Victory. Zest has very small layouts.. so other options I have in sector 143 ?

I dont think any other option is there in 143...Greens was a option but booking closed...if your time line is Dec 2013 revisit sec 137 again.

Btw give a relook at purvanchal again...i was doing the math...all builders in 137 have raised prices and purvanchal prices r not over priced at all provided u get your desired inventory. Else no point.

its easy to be a magician than buying a house!!

I think need to give chance to logix also as they may have better price .. locationwise it's slightly better. I am having serious doubts on what comes in front of Purvanchal as that may spoil confort of living in purvanchal road facing flat.. (which is only available now)...any latest prices info ?

Even I am looking for a unit. but there is no park facing and lower floor unit available. Lower floor unit is available but not park facing. When I made first visit to their site in early August they quoted me 3200bsp(flexi) now price is 3500bsp(flexi). Price increased by Rs 300.

somehow I don't trust logix. Their commercials(IT parks) are in bad state and not properly maintained. here purvanchal score above logix. anyways 1675 unit layout is quite good in logix. I really liked it.

yes I agree its not somehow but surely you can say that maintenance will be much better in Purvanchal as compared to Logix. When logix is not able to maintain corprorate offices as expected then how can we expect them to maintain housing at such levels. On the contrary Purvanchal maintenance seems to be toop notch.

logix IT park...its not maintained at all. One can visit and verify. 3C commercial properties are maintained well. Coming back to Purvanchal...they know how to maintan their buildings...as a result their maintenance fees are marginally high too....

booking in Purvanchal finally after 2 month long hunt!

Thanks to all members...special thanks to Aam Admi for some valuable advice which helped me finalize Purvanchal after through analysis on the points like Lift ratio, Construction Quality, Previous track record, no 1Bhk or 2Bhks in the society and most important of all...Maintenance. This is an end use investment so all these parameters means a lot to me.

Future no-one cant predict. Now all i can do is sit and pray.

What rate did you got ? Earlier you said they don't have much availability ? Did you got the unit of your choice ?

Do they still have park facing Lower floor units available ?
