I was offered a good location FF (Omaxe Forest lane Main road) at 44L (finally negotiated to 43L+) recently... did not take it finally and invested in a plot instead jointly with someone. Not sure if the flat is still available - anyways depends on your preference / choice and if you want to stretch a bit.

Hello, I am looking out for an apartment for self. Please let me know if anyone is selling any flat in this area. Also can someone please share the current price of the area. I will appretiate any help in this regard. Thanks in advance.

As per my knowledge, The price is 54-55 Lakhs for GF and 52+ for FF...

Pls suggest how is this for investment purpose? SF- TF being quoted in 50-52L. Not negotiated yet though. How will it be as 3 yr investment?

Hi Members

Do these flats worth considering Gentry, Location and Building features? I can see prices are depreciating here. Any specific reason for this?

any first hand example of price decrease. ASAIK, price have escalated min 10 lakhs in last 2 years. Price may be stable now a days as not current rate information. If you have, please share it.

one positive thing here, ample space in 2 bhk unit, option to extend it..put 3-4 lakh in flat, you can redo lot of things and make it very good..

What people dont understand is that power back up is NOT free...its rs.20 per unit....and its more expensive than best invertors

Water...get a borring well done and enjoy

Low rise...you can enjoy sun rise and sun set

No ventillation issue

If any seepage, etc....you can easily mend it...unlike in high rises where u cant do anything

Expandable....

Low loading

Gentry ???? Wait till you see standards in 1 bhk or 2 bhk of so called top projects of best builders.

Majoroty will be tenants

Club ??....having a huge garden not surrounsed by 30 storey buildings is far better than a overcharhed club shared by 4000 families.

Stellar gymkhana comibg up in noida ezpresaway....take membership...enjoy

5 star hotels have pools open for membership...best...
