Hi Guys,

Any feedback about the 20 Classic project near MyWorld in Baner. This is a standalone building with 22 Apartments, all 3 BHK.

The promoter is REGENT group. Did not find any feedback about the project or the builder so far on the net. Any clues will help.

The apartments are 1539 sqft to 1656 sqft (Saleable area) and the prices quoted is between 79L to 88L depending on size and floor.. The sales person is claiming the possession by Dec2012.

Isn't this on the proposed road? Do know if the road is complete now?

It is on the road that is going just in front of Rachana - MyWorld Project. Infact the project is adjacent to MyWorld and shares the boundry wall. There is a large project started just next to that. The sales guy told me that it is IT park being developed by Anshul builders.

The road that you are talking about is not yet made, but the work is on. MyWorld is alos giving possession in next 2-3 months so the road should be ok. I am not too bothered about the road condition, that will come up in some time.. 3 months or 6 months or a yr does not matter..

Any feedback on 20 classic? whats the rate quoted by the builder?

as far as i remember he was quoting around 4600/- sometime back and the total cost of 9th floor flat was 88L (1656 sqft salable) and 82L (1539 sqft salable), all inclusive.
