Feedback on Aditya-Shagun Nisarg at Bavdhan please - Real Estate India

Friends,

Do you have any inputs regarding these projects?

1) Aditya-Shagun's Nisarg at Bavdhan, a bungalow plot scheme (Rs. 2500/sq.ft.)
2) Shree Laxmi Dhaam - 2BHK flat near Pashan sus road (Rs. 3200/sq.ft.)

prices r high

Rs.2500 psf for Plot in Bavdhan is at least 40% higher. It should not be more than 1600 even for a well developed plots with roads / lights etc. in bavdhan

In Nov 2005, the rate was 400 rs per sq ft. 650% appreciation in 4 years!

Well if someone has bought in 400 psf and than actually sold in 2500 psf than we can call it an appreciation.
Something with just a price tag of 2500 psf but actually not getting sold at all is just speculation !!
Not 650 % but yes 300% - 400% is most likely which is just great !!
