Hello,

Anyone who has recently visited the Lake District site, did you happen to check the progress of Indus World School site?

I checked the pictures of the layout of Indus World School in below link. School layout looks awesome. Also happened to check the School introductory video. Looks good for kids, not sure of the fees though.

Any chances of the school work getting completed by next year?

Layout of school is good but what about the current progress of the school? Has the school construction started? Anyone who visited the site recently, can you share your update pls?

Please update the thread. A.K Jain, Awasthi Sir, any other buyers who has visited the site. I am interested to know how the school work is going on. Did the work on amenities start?

I'm sure Phase II is still waiting for N.A approval

I visited the site. Lot of development going on in the area. On Katraj Kondhwa road itself, many new projects have mushroomed. Liked the location of ISKCON temple.

They need to bar heavy vehicles and trucks from this road. May be there is a need to widen the road, Katraj Kondhwa Road and the one that goes up to this project from khadi Machine chowk. If they widen the road, this will become affordable (already) and one of the nicer areas of Pune to live in.

Katraj Kondhwa road was the best road for heavy vehicles & trucks to connect from Saswad Road to Mumbai Highway.

In the last couple of years there is lot of development happening in Undri, Pisoli, Katraj Kondhwa Road.

As more & more projects come there, people will start feeling the nuisance of the heavy vehicles & trucks on these roads. Not their fault I guess as they can't be expected to take the route from the city limits (Lulla nagar Bibewadi Kondhwa road)

Also ghat section begins few hundreds metres from Lake District site. Don't see a chance of road widening in the ghat section. Although from Khadi Machine chowk to Yeolewadi gram panchayat, there is a scope to widen the roads.

But there is no way to escape the trucks as most of them belong to the stone quarries near by.

wasn't a ring road project proposed that would connect to Bangalore highway from somewhere close to Yeolewadi..kind of back side from Hubtown Countrywoods. I do not remember exactly.
