If some one can decode what the guy above has written ? Now a days builders are using cipher texts . May be this guy has got a post doctoral degree in cryptography . Thats the reason he is able to communicate .. I even I have a doubt that some one in this forum is secretly able to read the msgs but not conveying them.

1) I heard that currently the society formation is in process for A and B wings individually. Can somebody tell if it is really going to be a 'society'? Or is it going to be an 'apartment'? Both are different in legal and operational terms. I have heard that a 'Society' is always much better than 'Apartment' from end user perspective.

2) After 3-4 years i.e. once all the wings from A to H are complete, will there be a 'cooperative society' formed for all the wings together? Or will there be 'Association of Apartments'? Or will these buildings remain individual?

3) I heard that the residents of A wing haven't yet received the 'Completion Certificate' since the upper floors are still under construction. So isn't it illegal to stay in a building which has not yet received the CC? Looking at the pace of the construction, am not sure when will A wing be completed? Further the builder keeps some internal work of flat (such as flooring, tiles, paint etc.) pending till that flat is booked i.e. he does not incur these expenses unless that particular flat is booked. So what if some of the flats (including penthouses on 11th floor) are not booked even after 1-2 years, (which is very much a possibility)? So does it mean that the CC will not be received till the time every single flat is booked?

4) Also what about the 'approach road' coming from 'Mitali Garden'? Is it approved by the corporation? If it is not an approved road and if the corporation tomorrow decides to close it, then the residents will have to take a long road of 2-3 kms (via the river bridge) to reach the main Ganga Panama road. Does anybody have any idea if the approach road is covered in the DP of PCMC?
