^^ Brokers in PS, Wakad, Vimannagar, Magarpatta excel in these type of fake ads though.
You call up & brokers says, sold out. Wastes time & money. ![]() Btw, this ginger society is famous for lift falling here & there. Do check this aspect as well.

4400 at Ginger? IMO, its steep given the current market and availability of brand new/ready possession flats in the vicinity. WIth better amenities and newer lifts. AT around the same rate (check with Sai Ambience).
However, there are some positives about Ginger: 1. Fully occupied society with vibrant social life for kids and families 2. Carpet area should be more as newer flats use different formula for calculating salable area 3. Multiple aproach roads (although military closed access from Rakshak chowk to Ginger today...not sure how long they will bar that access) |
