Dear members,

Some time back I visited Sri Shanntinagar, Kondwa Budruk, Bibwewadi Annex, Pune. They are launching Phase I and J in April-2009. They have almost all amenities. He quoted me 2500/- for 2BHK of around 1182 sq ft flat. so including all, total would be around 34 Lacs, that's what he mensioned. Builders: Surana Mutha Bhansali.

1) Can anybody tell me about this area and future growth?
2) Anybody have visited this site?
3) Is it good price and location?
