Hello,

I've been exploring properties in South Pune for quite some time now. I very much fell in love with PRA's The Lake District in Yeolewadi after I visited the site. In fact visited the site few times.

Liked the spacious flat layouts, flats are at a decent height, lake & valley views are good. But overall didnt like Yeolewadi area as such. Project is right at the end of Kondhwa Saswad Road ... and only other ongoing project which is couple of Kms away is Marvel Albero close to Khadi Machine Chowk.

What are the future prospects of Yeolewadi? Is it good to buy property there for residential purpose?

Also explored few projects in Undri. Also price wise Undri is bit costly, but projects are well worth the cost if compared to Yeloewadi which around 5 kms from Undri. East Pune is also easily accessible from Undri and so are the IT Parks in East Pune.

Guys your inputs and thoughts please? Which one do you think is better - Undri or Yeolewadi?

I would prefer Undri because of the many upcoming RE projects Like Godrej, Marvel Isola, Tata, Nyati and Kolte -Patil .
Proximity to schools is the key, Remember if your office is far you can go, but if your childreans school is far, how far will you go?
waiting for a good mall and hospital !!

On the other hand Yeolewadi is too far, Phursungi is better than the former one!

Undri ... not comparing with Yeolewadi ! Perhaps 5 years down the line I may rethink ... for now Undri is fine.
