People are demanding Rs 6000/- per sqy at anandpur sahib GMADA plots.

Is it safe to keep plot unattended even after possession in Anandpur sahib.

The allotment rate is Rs. 6000/- per sqy. So does that mean there is no premium at all?

Default wrong asessment by members

If information by zirawood is correct even by its half, then i must say that this scheme was worth applying...If i am not wrong, the plots may fetch at least 300% premium after possession...This may increase further if one holds the plot for a longer period , say 5 years...

I was thinking; if one goes only by the reviews of the people in this forum then there may be some disappointment at last...

Listing down few comments which are proved wrong now...Please do not feel annoyed...

BK1234: Rates in the area are already less than 6k at the moment and that too in the possesionable area. One have to wait for the premium in this scheme

Indigill: another blunder from GAMADA.

jandas : Anandpur Sahib is town (not big city) I don't think as a good investment.

Only one guy was right in this guess game..
jatinderchd : With that said, if you go lucky enough, you are assured a 6-9K psy premium.

Actually I find it very hard to believe premium of 6000 per sq yard. Anandpur Sahib is a small city with no industry and far away from any significant city or industry.
