Does anyone own a plot at DLF Hyde Park 350 or 500 sq yard.
Do they know the progress/development of roads and infrastructure
in the DLF Hyde Park . I live in USA so have no idea how is the progress.

I would not be surprised. Sometime back when I was looking into Mullanpur area, Omaxe phase 1 plots were available in resale for 19-20K all inclusive whereas Omaxe was selling phase 3 plots for 25.5 K+ Edc. Point to note is that phase 1 is very close to completion. You can see roads etc already built. However phase 3 is completely in air and you don't even know if Omaxe will last long enough to complete phase 3. Still they were able to sell phase 3 plots since 90% of people did not enquire about phase 1 at all.

Ankur,

Phase 3 of Omaxe is very close to Chandigarh sector 38 (2 km)where as phase 1 and phase 2 are at a different location and further away from chd maybe 8km. That is why phase 3 was sold at a higher price. Now I got this info from Omaxe and some real estate agents. Did not have any way to confirm.

Anyways I am more interested to know about DLF Hyde park since I have a investment there. It is a corner plot, park facing and I got it for BSP23205+
1871(edc+security)+4000(PLC-Corner,Park Facing,80 ft wide rd).
I want to know if there is any progress at Hyde Park -- roads,club houses.
Infrastructure since it has been almost 1 yr since i bought the plot.

This is the story every where. Even EMAAR was giving plots at 24.5K and then the rates went up to 27.5K in a week. I was happy that i made the investment but in the market there were people ready to give for 22K. This was all way back in July-Aug 2011. From then on the market has depressed a bit mroe and deals are coming out from end users. Bajwas have offered plots directly at 17.5K as seen in another post and there are lot of farmers plot being sold in the market. So this has become a buyers market from sellers. Its called change in times and i hope they remain this way.....after all the end users can slowly start stepping in now.

If anyone knows of anyone selling DLF Hyde Park Mullanpur at 2300BSP I would like to buy another 500 sq yards plot. Please send me the contact info
if you know of anyone selling.I just found out from DLF office that they have opened transfers for Hyde Park plots.

It must be very early at prelaunch
They were not negotiating even 1% 2months back

Unless until you crosscheck the price by yourself dont draw any conclusion...I am not saying it cant be true but there are lot of rumors in the mkt.

Pls request fellow member to PM you the details of seller/agent who is selling in that price, and then cross chk.

Is there any compulsion or time limit to do Registry after you get possession of a flat in Punjab. I have made all the payment to the builder and have taken possession but DONT WANT to do registry as might have to sell this flat in future..Can i stay in this flat without doing the registry...Have also taken loan from bank and dont know wether bank or builder will ask me to do registry when i hv got the possession...Currently i dont want to do the registry but might be staying my flat until i get a prospective buyer..Is it fine..ANy time limit not to do registry after possession???Plsssssss help me answer this question????

Yes Ronit, you get a time of upto 3 months (if i remember correctly). After this there are fines which can be upto 200% times the stamp duty to be paid. It is worth going to the registrar and getting the details.
