Agreed with virk for Royal Citi views,but for maya city i think only problem will be the time they will take for possession...as this is a big project.

I have my Flat in Rishi Apartments, I am not facing any issues really. What matters in this modern world id the location...and the location is very Hot. Same is true for Royale Estate...........

People think by your mind......If you prefer your flats in villages then it is up to all. But I always prefer projects in best locations where ever it may be. Becoz they are good for investment.

Totally agree with you, seems like some property dealers are desperate to sell apartments in Rishi apartments. I visited the apartment around 3-4 months and the condition of the apartment was pathetic. The construction quality is sub standard. They don't have enough parking. I won't recommend Rishi apartments to anybody.

If people are telling the flats in Rishi Apartments are not good, How all more than 200 flats are already sold off. It is not like that it has 1300 flats or rush like other builders. The society has no rush, clam on the best location,

People prefer location and location matters.

How many societies are offering big shopping mall like Rishi Shopping mall opening soon to cater people needs.

I will recommend Rishi Apartments & Royal Estate due to its best locations.

Maya Grden city u cant say....it is totally different project....

jeevan ji...i agree with you.... it all your choice...what a person buys.....

but i have one question....

for the mall or office space...which they have made on road....

do they have parking space for it.....

....and once its operational....

residents might face big problems...

if shops came there...big parking space will be required...if office space...then also big space is required...

Hi Dear MyPunjab

Have u ever visited Rishi Mall. They have big parking in basement for offices or other shops of shopping mall.

Residents have their separate parking space. There is no conflict in the parking spaces of Residents & Shopping Mall.

Visit there.....and go directly to the big basement parking of shopping mall having seperate way.

yes exactly.....this is what i was trying to say jeevan ji......

i have seen the basement.....but how many people will use basement....if you see paras mall or other malls in chd too....

people park their car on road...or sometimes anywhere they feel comfortable....infact in chd...if you visit....dt mall it park chd, you will see big line of cars...parked in no parking zone....even at centra mall....and fun republic....

i agree that this mall is not that big....but still if it works....then parking problems will might arise...

as i have seen rishi apt...the occupancy is quite less.....once it will have a occupancy...like royal estate....you will notice that parking space is quite less for the total apartments....

I started my search for buying a 3 BHK flat in Zirakpur area about 6 months ago. I nearly visited 15 societies both on the Ambala Highway, Patiala Road & VIP Road.

According to my research, I found only 2-3 nice projects in my budget of 40 lacs and they are : Orbit Apartments, Rishi Apartments, Royal Estate.

I am going to buy out of these projects. May be it is helpful for other buyers.

I think some property dealers / agents related to VIP road Projects don't want good CHD Ambala Highway projects to be promoted.

Truth is Truth............Pictures Speaks better than words.....Visit VIP Road n Visit Highway projects...............Find the difference yourself...................

100 % true.......

it is happening.....some property dealers and employees of these companies are coming up with fake ids to promote maya , rishi ...etc......

the truth is on highway.....

there is only one project which is good ...and that is royal city....thats it.....

yes i agree with one thing suhel ji n jeevan ji....if you are getting a 3bhk for 40 lacs

in rishi apt....that is fine....reason behind....

other projects on highway are expensive....so money wise it is good......

suhel ji dont comapre orbit with rishi apt..pls..... orbit is simply lovely....and expensive...but yes one of the best....

i personally dont like maya...the reason behind....when i saw...maya on vip road...i didnt liked it at all.....

i heard...they are not giving ameneties they promised....and other things....as i hv taken feedback frm the people staying there....
