You can look for sector 2,3,4 for better returns - the prices are inching north by each passing day. You can get good plots in the range of 25-35K psy in these sectors. These are very well located in the city. The chances of appreciation are more. You do not have registry in sector 4. Sector 1 and 14 are already highly appreciated. If you want to go for floors you can look for Suncity/Omaxe floors. The return might not be that great in floors.(people still consider living in houses over floors) Plots are also availble for these builders, but now they have already appreciated (people have already made the initial killing). Now the appreciation is sought to be less as it will take time for the infrastructure to fall in place for these new builder sectors.
