Any idea on what would be implications of recent HC notice to IMT rohtak?

Haryana gets SC notice on land takeover - Hindustan Times

I hope parvnath project would not stuck like Greater Noida.

Why do you think Parsvnath project will be affected? Haryana govt. has nothing to do with Parsvnath project. The builders bought the land directly from farmers.
