Do not have much idea on Rohtak but as per map both the sectors(5&6) are located very well in Rohtak and can fetch minimum 100% premium on the alloted price. Moreover good to hold if you are the original allotee and pay in with 12% interest installment but you have to be really lucky.

But it is not working, since the form fee is not autopopulated and it is not allowing to submit the form without it.

Others please check and let me know if you are also facing the same problem.

Yes, there is problem with form fees field.

Also, if my home address is A-1/21-22, it is also not allowed because hyphen and slash are also not accepted while submitting the form.

Thanks Ankur. I tried submitting online application and faced same issue. It seems that this problem will be rectified in few days. I also tried getting the brochure from few banks and they told me it will be available around 12th Jan. No proper planning by HUDA.

I heard that prevailing market rate for Sector 5 plots are between 30k-35k per sq yard so sector 6 should more or less should be same.
