hi Friends...

I was successful to apply online. the money got deducted from my back account. But the problem i faced was i dont have any registration number or payment receipt. As when i applied i got a blank page after payment. I called the phone banking service and they told that the money has been deducted. They provided me with the transaction id. apart from that I dont have any acknowlegement from hUDA. what should i do?

I have the purchased the form from ICICI bank (Lajpat nagar branch), however not sure where to post it back,along with the earnest money DD.

you can log in again on huda site a print a duplicate acknowledgement. I did it for me as I cudnt print it in first instance

From which link can we get duplicate acknowdement receipt?Pls suggest.

Do not worry guys, even if you dont remember your application no. at the time of submission, you can search by your first/last name on HUDA website 1-2 weeks before the date of draw, then you will see your registration number allotted to you against your application provided everything is alright in your application.

Can experienced guys please help me with following:
1) After allotment (if you're lucky), how quickly can u exit the plot i.e. re-sell?
2) Is it proper transfer or some temporary fix until possession?

None of the delhi banks are financing this project. Is there a branch in gurgaon/noida, which is financing the earnest money.

I do not want to block my money with Huda.

Although, i am hoping that since there will be less financing from banks, probably mad rush will be a little less. wat say?

The Central Bank of India website mentions that it is financing the project. In Gurgaon, I got my form from Punjab and Sind Bank branch in sector 10A and the manager said that they are financing it. The documents required which he told are, apart from Id and address proofs, Rs 20 stamp paper, 2 photographs and 2 blank cheques. I didn't ask about the interest rate.
