I would like to know the prevailing rate there.
One more thing, the rates mentioned against each size of plot is increasing as per the size of the plot. This is strange, in the open market the rates of larger size plots are below the small size plots. Any idea what is HUDA's phyche while deciding the rates of the plots. |

Hi Gents,
I have simple query. Can a person once allotted a plot under residential scheme e.g HUDA and then sold it, apply again in new schemes. So technically now he doesn't own a plot or flat of HUDA. thanks in advance sgverma |

1)you have never been alloted a plot in any HUDA Rohtak plot scheme previously launched by authority in the past.this rule pertains to all general category candidates.however this implies that if you have already been alloted a plot in any other haryana district say (Hissar) even then you are eligible to apply under general category IN Rohtak. 2)in case of any reservation:the benefit of reservation can only be availed once i.e if someone has already been alloted a plot in any reserved category in any of HUDA schemes launched in past then he can apply in another scheme only in general category and that too not in the same district in which the plot has already been alloted . 3)selling an HUDA alloted plot doesn't makes you eligible for applying in another plot in same district in which you have been alloted a plot previously. this is my POV........thanks Last edited by sublimation; 05-01-12 at 01:02 AM.
