Dear Friends,
I want to buy a land on Delhi road in rohtak which is costing me 11000 Rs per square yards. I have no idea how to verify the genuineness of land as the land appears to be a big agricultural plot( in killas approx2). They would alot a small part of it as per my requirement. As the registries are on hold in entire city the dealer suggested that i can buy the land by making full payment and they will get me full payment agreement and i can get the land registered once the registries are open. Is this possible ? Also as the property will not be registered is there any way to borrow loan against full payment agreement. Please guide and suggest folks |

Dear royalam thanks a ton for the quick reply.
Please guide me - if the agriculture land fall beteween road and a reputed townhip - could there still be threat of acquisition from huda - is there a way to get the land verified from a cause sooner or later that small agriculture land will become a residential area for sure. If the owner has taken some permission from huda to plot his agriculture land which document is required from the seller to understand the permission to plot the land.(NOC or something like that .....?) Even if the owner of that land which is the only piece left between township and road If not which part of rohtak could be a best buy area from 5-10k per sq yard ( i understand no huda). There is few land available in village kanheli - ON ROAD under lal dora. could this be best buy... I am sorry if the questions asked by me are too much but please answer all of them if possible thank mate. |

before they sell the plot to you and do a registry in your name, before that they have to get agricultural land converted in residential zone by DM of the district, it would incur them a lot of costs and paperwork. do not fall trap for such schemes.stay away. |

As per my knowledge it is somewhere near to 18-20 k per sq yard |
