Garden City - Dynamic Infrasturcture
Dear All,
In 2006, I bought 2 plots in Garden City, Opposite Radha Swami Satsang Ashram on Kichha Road. Builder is - Dynamic Infrasturctures Pvt Ltd Dynamic Infradevelopers Pvt. Ltd. I bought plot on Rs. 4500/sq yard - size 120 sy. Since then I have not been able to sell my plots on even 1 Rs. Premium. Well I know that I am in loss because of my wrong decision but I am done with that and now I am thinking what should be done next. I went there once and noticed that other than a boundry and 200m. concrete road, few street lamps there is nothing out there. Now, I want to know y'll opinion about this project. Should I hold them up or sell them on some loss. |
