Misleading information about Rudrapur
I invested my hard earned money in Alliance City One project in Rudrapur & has almost lost my money
The prices are an all time low & I am incurring the losses I really don't know , when the market will rise in this area |

You mean info in newspaper is incorrect ?
that rudrapur has very high rental value etc... wat is the status of ur contructions... |

u bought a plot or flat ...
anyways flat r for 5 lacs there.. how much down it will go.. wait n watch... thing would pick up |

The rates in this area will surely boom. With more people coming in & more job opportunities being created there. Visited recently & found that the rents are also going pretty high near the area you have mentioned.

allaiance city rudrapur
i have invested in a plot in rudrapur alliance city , anyone knows if its is saleable and what is the going rate i dont think there has been any apprecaiteion in the last 3 years iam looking for a way out....
