Supertech Metropolis : Good Investment or Bad
I am looking forward to invest in Metropolis City in a 2/3 BHK apartment. This is for the sole purpose of giving the apartment on rent as I have currently no plans of shifting to Rudrapur. However I have heard that this project is plagued by delays and the Rental Income in rudrapur for 2/3 would be limited to 8/10k respectively. Can any forum members who has invested in Metropolis or have good information about Rudrapur comment on that.
I would deeply appreciate any help. |
