Ahem I have visited the sonepat last wed and found that ansal is gud as far as
Apartments are concerned and fairly priced tooo .

No they dont have plots in this project plots are available in resale in the project which is on nh1 .. Plots available with express builder ..
One shiuld prefer tdi , eldeco , jindal , ansal , express these five while
Going for plot of villas or floors.

even i visited last to last to last month means 3 months back... i like sunshine country... ready to move apartments... far better than tdi kingsbury and other kundli-sonepat projects.

In my opinion as far apartments are concerned than ansal api rates as mrntion above by another member id worth giving a thought as these are the lowest in ncr and project is closer to .delhi than gn.

right prem bhai... kaise ho... i visit just a day back.... spend sunday ka din visiting rohini 24/28 sector than kundli and than sonepat....

tdi kingsbury... avg construction with average specification... but location is excellent.

where as ansal api sunshine county is constructed well... nice specification... but location is not gud....
